Missy Batman, Vice President of Finance The Community Foundation of Decatur/Macon County
Missy Batman holds a BS in Business Administration and is the Vice President of Finance at The Community Foundation of Decatur/Macon County. Prior to joining The Community Foundation, she was Investor Relations Coordinator and Executive Assistant for Nims Associates, Inc., a locally owned IT consulting firm. When Nims was purchased in 2004, she decided to pursue her passion by choosing a carer in the non-profit sector. At The Foundation she is responsible for the finances of the organization and grant administration. Missy is the chair person of The Decatur Jobs Concil and a past Board member and Secretary of the Decatur Sister Cities and a past board member of Macon County CASA. She has also served as a volunteer for the Tax Project in Macon County.

Dave Butts, Vice President, Business Development Continental Carbonic Products, Inc.
Dave Butts served on the Continental Carbonic Advisory Board and assisted with acquisitions and strategy prior to joining the company fulltime in 2004. Previously, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer with Illinois Power, where he was responsible for the market development, operations, engineering, and information technology. He was also president of their unregulated energy business. David holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Kettering Institute and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Tammy has a background in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and began her career in Information Technology in 1987. She currently identifies and secures business sales opportunities for Integrity Technology Solutions. With 22 years of sales and marketing experience, Tammy has a unique combination of business acumen and technical knowledge. Her dedication to exceeding client expectations has resulted in a proven track record for client acquisition and long-term retention. Being a risk taker by nature, Tammy enjoys ATV riding and investing in real estate with her husband for 15 years. -Ask about her Sky-diving experience! Applying her technology skills outside the office, she is resposible for running the light board at church and serves on the Board for AITP(Association of IT Professionals).
Julienne Pajer, Extended Learning Coordinator Decatur Public School District #61
Julienne brings 12 years of broadly diverse experience within the software services industry. From recruiting, human resource management, and project management to business analysis, web development and marketing, Julienne is the consummate entrepreneur within the IT industry. In addition to being an owner of InVivo Ventures, LLC, Julienne is also the Extended Learning Coordinator at Decatur Public School District #61 in Decatur, IL. Julienne is a proud member of Rotary International, a board member and treasurer of the OpenEAI Software Foundation, and an optimistic view that the smart use of technology can change the world for the better.
Gary Stacey, Retired Business Owner
Gary spent his career in distribution sales, rental and repair fields. As an entrepreneur, he was responsible for revenue growth and sales profitability within his multi-branched supply companies, across the United States and abroad. His personal account responsibility included "Integrated Supply System Programs" for the Fortune 500 clients. Gary holds a B.S. in Sales and Marketing from Millikin University. Gary and his wife, Sandy, have been extremely blessed and they hope to continue to be involved in the community. Gary is affiliated with Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Ansar Shrine in Springfield, Illinois and a member of the Harley-Davidson Owners Club.
